The Rock Yard was the brainchild of former UT punting legend Jimmy Colquitt. After a storied career at UT and a short stint in the NFL with the Seattle Seahawks, Jimmy moved back to Knoxville. He began Colquitt Landscaping in 1988 serving residential and commercial customers.
