The Bianchi family’s history of working with granite dates back to 1898. At that time, our grandfather began his training in northern Italy at the young age of 12. In 1904, at the age of 18, he immigrated to the United States and arrived in Vermont in 1911. By 1920, he had enough money saved to buy a share in a granite business in Barre, Vermont.
